Products Description

The core of this product is made of amorphous alloy strips, which can replace silicon steel cores. This results in a reduction of no-load loss by approximately 70-80%, making it a green, energy-saving product and an effective alternative to current distribution transformers. The extensive integration of this product into the grid can achieve significant energy-saving effects, reducing the power generation of thermal power plants and, consequently, their atmospheric emissions.

This product is particularly suitable for areas with insufficient power supply, large load fluctuations, and those where routine maintenance is difficult. Due to the fully sealed structure of the transformer, the insulating oil and medium are not affected by atmospheric pollution, allowing it to operate in humid environments. It is an ideal distribution equipment for extensive urban and rural power distribution networks.

Energy conservation and emission reduction are key themes in the energy sector, with line loss rate being one of the three crucial performance indicators for power companies’ energy-saving and consumption-reduction efforts. Our company produces the S(B)H15 (or 16)-M series of amorphous alloy core distribution transformers, which fully comply with the national standard GB1094 “Power Transformers”. The no-load loss of these transformers is 20-30% lower than the standard specified in JB/T10318-2002 “Technical Parameters and Requirements for Oil-Immersed Amorphous Alloy Core Distribution Transformers”. This makes them the preferred energy-saving products for power companies.
